    Preparing and collecting supporting documentation from clients (e.g. ID, payslips, bank statements) Completing preliminary fact-finding and needs analysis checklists Data entry into CRM or aggregator platforms (e.g. Mercury, ApplyOnline, Podium) Assisting with lender product comparisons and rate research Creating and formatting lender application forms Lodging applications through relevant platforms (under broker guidance) Monitoring status of submitted applications and following up with lenders Sending welcome emails and next steps to clients Booking initial client consultations or follow-up appointments Liaising with clients to request missing documents or clarify application details Providing regular updates to clients on application progress Coordinating client signature requests via platforms like DocuSign Other Broker support as requested *Please note: I am newly accredited in Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and am currently offering a reduced rate while I continue gaining hands-on experience and refining my processes in this space

I’m Emma Court, Founder of The Boutique VA Studio. I bring over 10 years of experience in operations management and people leadership roles, with a strong background in financial services and a deep appreciation for structure, quality, and precision.

My expertise lies in supporting founders with high-level executive administration and personal assistant services, handling everything from inbox and calendar management to internal coordination, task execution, and client communications.

With a growing specialisation in finance and legal support, and accreditation in Finance and Mortgage Broking, I understand the level of professionalism and discretion required in these industries.
